HR Manager

At Tribe, we look for highly motivated individuals with a great work ethic and an ability to grow exponentially in a highly disruptive start-up culture. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
  • Manage employee events and growth programs.
  • Employee taxation management with the Accounts team.
  • Manage and execute Employee Performance and Appraisals.
  • Understand and correctly communicate the company culture and brand values.
  • Onboard professional HR tools to manage better employee performance.
  • Efficiently handling company-level information and data. Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.

Experience: 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

Skills: Start-ups, Human Resources (HR), Taxations, Payroll, HR Policies.

Language known: English 

Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities –

  • Act as overall shift in charge/Monitoring & Managing entire site operations during the shift.
  • Maintain an aggressive hospitality outlook by anticipating student’s or resident’s needs.
  •  Actively and energetically seek opportunities to resolve any and all students or residents’ concerns in poised and confident manner.
  • Cooperate, Coordinate and Communicate with other departments and vendors as required. 
  • Welcome & greet all visitors, Show around the property in case of any new inquiries.
  •  Maintain and surpass appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, nametags, uniforms, appearance. 
  • Help to ensure that any complaint or problem /or emergencies are handled in an expeditious and satisfactory manner 
  •  Trained to respond to emergency situations and contact the proper authorities for any emergencies as per situation /Timely Incident Reporting to CRM/Hospitality Manager /Operations Manager 
  • Receive calls of the students or residents and register their queries; update the details on tracker and make sure that the queries are being conveyed to respective departmental heads at the earliest to resolve them. Also to make sure the complaints are resolved by giving follow up calls to students or residents  
  • Communicating courteously with students or residents by telephone, email, software and face to face interactions at Tribe Stays.
  • Vendor`s attendance check/approval/bill check /bill process/payment follow up.
  •  Petty Cash Management as per laid down SOP.
  • Manage ERP of respective area/building 
  •  Maintaining feedback or complaints procedures for students or residents to use 
  •  Keeping the students or residents updated on the status of complaints 
  • Taking/Producing Minutes of fortnightly or monthly Meetings with students floor representatives.
  • Get students or residents feedback /Complaint’s and liaise with Hospitality Manager / HOD for any remedial action.
  • Perform all work as assigned by the reporting Manager/HOD  as deemed necessary to maintain and operate the property at an optimum level
  • Sending daily occupancy and service reports to concerned authorities 
  • Making & sending MIS of respective property to HOD Monthly.

Experience: 2+ years in Hospitality.

Qualification: Diploma in Hospitality/ Hotel Management.

Skills: Any ERP software.

Language known: English

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Sales and CRM with an extremely strong follow-up! This role will include telecalling multiple leads generated through marketing, dynamic convincing and negotiating with clients, organising onsite show-arounds and closing; and managing all sales data impeccably in our CRM software.

Responsibilities –

  • Target based sales calling to all our new leads for multiple locations throughout the country.
  • Negotiating and convincing clients to close sales at the best possible ROI.
  • Organizing client show-arounds and on-ground sales.
  • Assisting with on-ground sales activations.
  • Regular updation of sales data on our CRM tool.

Qualifications –

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer management skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and closures.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail in terms of entering sales data.

Experience: 2+ years’ experience in Telecalling and Sales.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.


  • Extremely proficient written and verbal command over English. Verbal command over Hindi. 
  • Experience using any CRM tool. 
  • Excel mediocre level. 
  • Data Management.
