  • Type of rooms and packages are mentioned on the website. Room bookings are done through our ERP systems directly. Our sales team can guide you through the process in our site office or through a call. 
  •  Deposit amount has to be paid to block the room. 14 days are given to complete the balance payment and confirm booking. Deposit amount depends on package, term, and site.
  • Incase you have not received admission confirmation in your respective college, yet room can be blocked by paying the refundable deposit, which will be returned within 14 days if admission is not confirmed. Student needs to revert back within 14 days with final decision.
  • Check-in is allowed once all payments are cleared, as per plan taken.
  • Group Bookings – We do provide incentives for group bookings. Please contact sales team for more details.
  • Once booking amount is paid, student gets 14 days with in which student can cancel the booking, failing which the amount will not be refunded there after.
  • Once check in procedure is completed, cancellation or refund is not possible. 
  •  End of the term, we will return the refundable deposit amount after deducting the damages, fines or complaints if any. 
  • Incase of cancellation mid term, apart from the refundable deposit, rest of the payment is non refundable, as per contract.
  • Student ID/ College proof/ Proof that one is a student
  • Address Proof copy
  • Aadhar card copy
  • Two Passport size photographs 
  • Copy of Registration with the concerned regional FRRO/FRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Officer/Foreigners Registration Officer).
  • Copy of Passport with at least 6 months validity remaining (Photo Page, Page indicating validity, Page bearing arrival Stamp of Indian Immigration, Visa with endorsement).
  • Passport size photographs
  • Copy of proof of residential/permanent address.
  • Copy of Nationality & Domicile Proof.
  • Copy of Student Visa.
  • Copy of university admission letter from the Educational Institution concerned.
  • University details.
  • Police Verification from the regional Police Station.
  • Address Proof of last residence in India (if applicable).
  • Any person with valid Student Id proof can stay at Tribe.
  • Married couple cannot stay together in same room.
  • Separate access controlled floors/ sections are there for male and female students. Strict No Access policy is followed for safety of all.
  • External friends and family will not be allowed within the rooms of a resident for security purposes and as per Hostel guidelines.
  •  We have provided a common area  at the reception area for residents to meet their peers and family. 
  •  Subletting a room or renting it out further is not permitted.
  • Parents can visit students’ room with permission from management as special case if required.
  • As Tribe has properties in different Cities for different age groups, our rules vary. 
  • At Pune and Mumbai Tribe- There are NO fixed curfew timings but entry and exit will be digitally maintained for safety of students.
  • Student needs to inform CRE regarding staying out or coming late, apply for a leave of absence via mail.
  • Parents can request the management for records of Biometric exit and entry details, meals under special circumstances.
  • We do not provide blankets and towels due to hygiene concerns.
  • We have only single or twin sharing rooms.
  • All rooms have AC fitted in each room.
  • All rooms have bathrooms with 24 hours water, geyser, hooks and towel rods inside the bathroom. 
  • Each student gets a cupboard, drawers with locks. 
  • Bed with mattress and storage below.
  • Bed sheet, pillow with pillow cover. 
  • Tribe cushion with cushion cover.
  •  Side tables. Study table with a chair.
  • Sunblock blinds on windows. Dustbin.
  • Meal packages are included in the packages. Details on interested site page. 
  •  We provide Veg, Non Veg and Jain food.
  • Cooking is not allowed inside the rooms. There is common pantry in most sites with Induction stove, microwave, and fridge for convenience of students. Meal packages are included in contract.Please check on interested site page for further details. 

Amenities included within the package:

  • TV in common area. Some sites may have TV in every room. Check on Site page.
  • Gym 
  • CCTV cameras covering entry to each room, all floors and common areas.
  • Meal Packages depending on individual site.
  • Entertainment zones 
  • Multi activity center 
  • Internet facility
  • Fire safety arrangements.

The package includes all the above amenities and no discount can be given if any amenity is not used. Please check for inclusions and exclusions on interested site page.

  • All our rooms come with Private bathrooms. 
  • Maximum sharing is between two students within the Twin sharing room.
  • There are additional Bathrooms on the ground floor for their convenience.
  • We have a 24 hour Customer Relations Executives at reception. Complaints can be registered directly in the registers.
  •  We also have a complaint/ feedback loop within the website and app for students to use. 
  • Though, Tribe is not responsible for personal belongings and students are expected to take care of their belongings at all times.
  • No, Alcohol consumption, smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited within the rooms or common areas. 
  • Fines will be levied on students that choose to break the law and might lead to expulsion from the accommodation.

  • Yes, a student can make a Transfer Request via the website or personally with the Tribe management. The Transfer Request may or may not go through depending on availability of rooms. 
  • Charges will be levied as fresh booking for the other site and term.  Existing package cannot be altered or discounted or refunded.
  • Yes there is medical association with hospitals and medical centers to handle emergencies.
  •  Our Tribe Staff will accompany the student till parent / guardian takes over.
  • We do not provide transport facility as student class timings and schedules are not synchronized.
  •  We can arrange for transport if there is demand for it.
  • All Residents will be given a Tribe ID card with all necessary details required for Security, identification and emergency purposes.
